Jack has had the same goal every day since he became an advisor, to make a significant and lasting positive difference in the life of each of his clients. He is passionate about helping his clients optimize their wealth so they achieve their most important life and financial goals. The majority of his practice is focused on serving Middle Class Millionaires as they plan for and enjoy a successful retirement.
Beginning his practice in 2001 Jack was successful at two national wealth management firms where he received numerous awards including membership in The Pinnacle Club, qualification for Million Dollar Round Table, Leaders Club and Top Producer Status. Prior to founding Uptrex Wealth Advisors in 2014, Jack spent the previous seven years at Miceli Financial Partners as an Executive Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor. He was recently profiled in Proactive Advisor Magazine where he was highlighted as a successful client focused advisor.
Jack is a second generation San Franciscan. Born, raised and educated in the Bay Area. He has been married for over 17 years and is the proud father of two daughters. He volunteers his time at his daughter's soccer and volleyball leagues as well as at their Los Altos church.

Before joining the Uptrext team in 2022, Michelle worked as the Executive Assistant to the DIrector of Coding Administration at a large healthcare company based in California. In her role, she supported a team of coding leaders and professionals. Previously, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of the Gresham-Barlow School District in Oregon.
With over 20 years of experience as a professional office executive assistant and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Michelle has the skills and customer service to successuly support our clients with their financial needs and retirement goals.
Michelle is a native Oregonian. She is the proud mom of four children: three sons and a daughter. In her free time, Michelle enjoys hiking, running, motorcycle trips, as well as, coaching and attending her kids' sporting events.
